Out of Network: Most clients who use this option use a HSA or FSA to cover the expense. A superbill can be provided for direct reimbursement from your carrier. Please contact your carrier directly for information on how to submit claims.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide 24 hours advance notice to avoid

being charged half of the session's rate fee. No Shows will be charged the entire session rate.
