Zen Holistics is an integrative counseling office focused on helping you align with your greatest self via the use of traditional therapeutic techniques, as well as the option to incorporate mindfulness and yoga components for a dynamic healing experience.
You will work directly with LaTasha Thomas, Clinician and Owner of Zen Holistics.
She will serve as a facilitator of healing that will accompany you on your journey to finding your authentic and empowered self.
LaTasha's areas of expertise include: Navigating transitional periods, recovering from co-dependency, improved self-esteem, resolving childhood wounds, behavioral concerns, anxiety and depression, as well as addiction.
A Licensed Professional Counselor, LaTasha has been trained in trauma-informed practices. She obtained her B.S. in Psychology from Albright College and her M.A. in Community Counseling from Alvernia University. She also has the following credentials:
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Tula Yoga Center (RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance)
Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training (Level I and II) - Sundara Yoga Therapy
EMDR Training - Institute for Creative Mindfulness
Reiki Training (Level I, II and III Master) - The Seaside Shaman
Sound and Vibrational Healing - Meditate: School of Mindfulness
